A little hard to see in the picture but it’s a great necklace for the price. It looks just like my fur baby. Great silver color. I’m thrilled to have this great piece. I ordered this necklace in memory of my border collie. When I received it I didn’t like the way it came out. Looked like she had two left ears and her neck on that side didn’t look right. I contacted the shop and was asked to send additional pictures of her. I was told I didn’t need to return the first one and I was not charged at all for the new one which turned out beautiful. They did a very nice job. They were nice through the whole process and prompt. I received it pretty quick. I am very happy with the purchase and would buy from them again. Two thumbs up to this company!
