🐾 Custom Products Policy
Because each item is made just for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your order — so here’s how we handle special cases:
✅ Wrong or Damaged Items
If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll remake or replace it at no extra cost.
🎨 Quality Issues
Not satisfied with your order? Reach out to us at support@pawsclone.com with photos and details — we’ll do our best to make it right, including offering a free remake if needed.
✏️ Revision Guidelines
• Unlimited Minor Edits: Color tweaks, text adjustments, or small design changes
• One Free Major Change: Swap the photo or outfit once per order
• Additional Changes: $10 per new artwork (to support our artists’ time and care)
❌ Order Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours for any reason. After that:
• If artwork hasn’t started: Full refund
• If artwork is in progress: $10 cancellation fee
📷 Photo Responsibility
To ensure the best results:
• Upload high-quality images per our Photo Guide
• We can't change pet expressions (like opening or closing mouths)
• Basic edits included: Red-eye removal, lighting adjustments
💳 Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
• Processing time: within 7 business days
• Funds are typically returned in 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
